Title: JRemote not working.

Hello, I have purchased JRemote on my Android phone and set the Access code from JRiver up, I also set up an ID and password on JRiver and JRemote. The problem is a warning that pops up when I try to open JRemote that says "Unfortunately, JRemote has stopped".

I was told by another user on CA that his JRemote never worked on Android 4.1. Well it just so happens that I have Android 4.1 on my phone.

Can anyone tell me how to get this running. Thank you in advance.

What is the phone?

It does work with Android 4.1.
