Title: JRemote not working. Please help.

Hello, I have purchased JRemote on my Android phone and set the Access code from JRiver up, I also set up an ID and password on JRiver and JRemote. The problem is a warning that pops up when I try to open JRemote that says "Unfortunately, JRemote has stopped".

I was told by another user on CA that his JRemote never worked on Android 4.1. Well it just so happens that I have Android 4.1 on my phone.

Can anyone tell me how to get this running. Thank you in advance.

Bonjour,

I experience exactly the same issue with JRemote on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.0 running Android 4.2.2. I have twice de-installed and re-installed JRemote but the same problem persist: JRemote start up and very shortly after start up it display the "Unfortunately, JRemote has stopped" message.

Internet connection working well in general?
