Title: SACD .iso file play as it or convert to Flac
Post by: lorum on January 22, 2016, 10:32:25 am
Hello,
I have several SACD .iso file's, I notice, when I play this files, that the sound is a little aggressive in comparison to Flac in 192 khz.
My question is what is better: to play the SACD iso file, or transform it to HD Flac.

If yes, I recode it with what software?

MC can convert DSD (SACD) files to PCM "on the fly" as they play.  By default it will try to play 1xDSD files at 352.8 kHz.  You can change that in DSP Studio > Output Format > Sample Rate .
