Title: Subtitle script setting is not saved

Hi,

I'm using Hebrew subtitles (srt format, saved in ANSI format and not UTF-8) and when I change "text based subtitle" setting to Hebrew instead of "Western", I click OK twice and it won't save, and the subtitle continued to be displayed as gibberish.
