kurushi, great skin. using it right now.
how do you add the extra files panel on the right hand side. seen that on a few screenshots, yet no idea how to add a right hand panel next to your albums list. any advise?

It's easy in fact MC have ton of mysterious good things hidden :)
How to:
Menu=>view=>split view=>show 2 (or 3 if you want) view and you can also lock the view or totally customize it.
For the left panel (new tag panel):
shift+ click on "tag" (on the action window at the bottom left).
Because there's 2 tag panel and i have spent a lot of time skinning the new tag panel.

Awesome Kurushi. That advise made MC look a ton better. You manage to lock the Player view on the right? I can't get that one to stick, no matter what.

Yep i lock the right view ;)
Menu=>View=>lock view.
Also i save my view in case of i name it 1 for the 1 view and 2 for 2 panels...
So i can switch easyly.

Thanks man. Appreciate it. Did see that, but it appears Player isn't a view, but can be locked to a zone or something. I'll experiment.

AH oky my bad well i call it "player view" but maybe i am bad :p

Bump i have released the horizontal version since you use 2 views and with it you can see what view is focused (with the vertical version you can't because i have set the same color for each view...)
It's the way i wanted but if you like to see differences too in vertical version i can add them...

Hi,
what is your OS? win or OSX?
In win, put the MCRasta folder (so you need to unzip my downloaded file) here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Media Center 19\Skins\Standard View
On OSX:
/Users/"your username"/Library/Application Support/J River/Media Center 21/Skins/standardview.
Feel free to ask if you encounter some troubles ;)

I've come to the conclusion that there's something in my system that's stopping me doing anything with this skin.
Don't ask my what. The system is clean. I can't move the folder or copy it.
I've got the download so I'll 'crack it' sooner or later because it looks a great skin and makes a complete change from everything that's gone before.
