Title: still get trial window when I open MC

I copied MC from my lap top to a desk top computer and installed the reg key, but every time I open it I continue getting the trial mode window. I've tried all the recommended fixes, but none are working.

How did you "copy it over"?  You need to install it (like regular) on the second machine. If you tried to copy things over manually, it'll be all messed up.

I downloaded it from the website and installed it according to directions

How did you try to install the license? Did you use Restore and then input the registration code or did you use the Install Key (the mjr file)?

I downloaded it from the website onto my other computer and then entered the install key code when it prompted me, I think. Honestly, I don't remember.
