Title: Failed Licence Restore

Hi There

I tried to restore using my registered email address but it wont work. I only got emailed versions 18,19 and 20. Do I now need to purchase 21?

You could install MC20:

or you could install MC21, restore your MC20 license, then purchase the upgrade for $26.98.

I have also tried to restore my licence to my email address. I've tried this several times over the past few days but as yet no email? Any ideas?

Install the version for which you have a license and then restore your license.  Please read this:

Mickbolcat,
I see you have a hotmail account.  I believe they are blocking jriver.com mail.  Try adding jriver.com to any whitelist you may have.

Check your spam folder for e-mail from buy-button.

Thanks for the reply.
I have checked my Junk and my Blocker Senders, nothing in either I am afraid relating to JRiver.Com.
What else can I try?

Tell hotmail about the problem.

Use a different email address if necessary.
