Title: Cancelling a recording on the colossus crashed JRiver
Post by: imeric on February 09, 2016, 08:30:58 pm
I stopped a recording manually and switched to another STB channel (which worked fine)
Then went to the Netflix app (through theater view) to watch another channel on the colossus
all I got was a black screen and a "waiting" message.
Assuming it was still trying to rtecord on the original channel of the subscription wjhen I hit the cancel button for the recording it crashed.

Do you have the logs for the crash?

Just sent you the logs.  This all happened at around 10h52 (I think) so might be between 10h45 to 11h00pm

I have not received the logs.  If the package is too large it may not be possible to send via email.  yaobing at jriver dot com

Now both emails arrived.

The Previous Log.txt contains logging starting at 9:57 pm yesterday.  It appears not to include the events that you posted above.  Have you restarted MC more than once?  If so, the original logging would have been lost.

I just restarted it after it crashed at around 10h52pm so past the start of the log file.

And yes I had restarted it a little before 10pm also but not due to a crash
