Title: Amazon Video does not play

Windows 10 PC / HP Mini-Pavilion 2-core 1.7 Ghz Pentium.

Amazon videos do not play properly. Clicking a video causes the following behavior: the title of the video is displayed, the rotating circle is displayed, then the screen goes black. Audio is audible. No message at bottom of screen, or any other error message.

Youtube and Google videos play. Video files play. Amazon does not.

Hardware acceleration enable, Red October Standard.

Apparently Amazon changed something and JRiver no longer works with it anymore.
