Title: AK 100ii Windows 10 issues

Guys I need some help. I feel stupid, but I can't for the life of me get this to work. I recently picked up a AK 100ii and I am trying to get it set up so i can synch my playlist with JRiver. But every time I hook the AK up to my windows 10 machine it is recognized as a WPD which removes it from being seen by JRiver. I tried updating the driver to MTP device drivers, that doesn't work. I am using the cable provided by AK. Please help me!!!!!

Explore the settings on the device.  Some devices can be mounted in different ways.

Thanks for the response, yeah I have done that, the device is set to MTP, the only other option is DAC. So things are good from there.
