Title: Problem getting registration code

I purchased a license for version 21 (an upgrade) on July 15, 2015 and installed on my desktop.

I was looking for my registration code as I'm doing a clean install of windows 10 on both my laptop and desktop.

I'm embarrassed to say I can't locate the original email with the code.  I tried to get a code sent to my email, but I only get codes for versions 19 and 20.  (I use two different emails - I've tried both and get only older versions.  I've never used any other email, so I'm at a loss.)

I haven't yet done the clean install on my desktop - JRiver version 21 is still installed and working.  Is the registration code buried in a file somewhere I can locate?

If not - JRiver admin - please help.  I can send you my email addresses (both of them), name, etc.  Just didn't want to do that in the forum.

Is there a direct email for you guys?

You dropped the "t" off your email address for MC21.  We will correct your email address and you should be able to retrieve it shortly.
