Title: Only 30 Seconds

Hi - I'm new around here.  Been using MC quite happily for several weeks now.  Last night, without my changing any settings and with no warning, my player will only play the first 30 seconds of each track.  I know that JR are successfully taking my monthly subscription so I don't think that's the issue.  Any ideas?

Did you try logging out and back in?

I don't log in or out - just boot MC up when I want to play anything and shut it down when finished.  Tried re-booting several times, makes no difference.

have you checked what is set under Player>preview mode..

Try logging out and then logging back in.

As I said before, I don't log in - just boot MC up.  Player preview is set to "Play Entire Song" (and has never been anything else).

Log out of Performer.  I assume that it is the Performer Store you are talking about.
