Title: Add an option to enable/disable Crossfade when Manually Skipping a track

When I skip a track I usually don't want JRiver to crossfade it. But I understand some folks may prefer it which is why I would just like an added checkbox to toggle it on or off.

I'm using this feature on my Android phone and I find it very handy!

I added this for the next build.

It just wasn't that hard!
