Title: Failed to record a TV programme whilst 2 out of 4 tuners are being used

Had a problem last night when recording 2 programmes and 3rd programme started to record so i tried to start playing it back whilst being recorded but MC just hung and a black screen occurred. Looked this morning and noticed programme details are there but will not play back.
The only thing that i can think of is 2 tuners were being used and the 3rd tuner available was a different type (satellite and not ariel)
