Hello,
I received this email that I lost 1 restore installation, but in fact, I only did the first installation. Is this normal? Is there an email to send this request?

You have recently restored a licence for Media Center 21 Master. There are 10 restores available in each 12 month period. There are 9 restores remaining at this time.
The restore activates Media Center and installs the license automatically.
The Install Key is attached to this email. It is valid for 14 days. To install on another PC, transfer the Install Key to the PC, make sure the correct version of Media Center is installed, then execute the Install Key by double clicking on it.
After 14 days, if you need an Install Key, you can use your Registration Code to do so
by visiting this page:

When you activate MC using your registration code, it'll generate a license file and deduct one restore, thats perfectly normal.
You can use the license file to activate further copies of MC within 14 days without any further restores being used.
If you ever run out, you can ask and get them filled up again, but using one for a clean install is perfectly normal and nothing for you to worry about. :)
They'll also fill up again after 12 month on their own.
