Pardon for my newbie question. Once answered may be admin can drop it as I can't find any email contacts. I saw Id recommends Intel NUC 5CPYH which I can get locally.
So I want to install JRiver for linux, which flavor should I use, Debian, Jesse, Wheezy or Ubuntu? If my guess is Debian, which installation guide should I follow?

We build on Debian, so it's officially supported.
Look for instructions in a thread near the top of this board.
The Id is meant to hide most of the complexity of installing. There is an Id board on the forum.
You will need 2GB of RAM and at least a 60GB drive. Larger drive if you want to put a lot of media on it. There is a table at the bottom of this page: http://www.jriver.com/Id .

Thank you. I know about the Id site, I will consider to buy the usb stick or NUC in the future. But now I want to learn how to install JRiver for Debian myself. To be more specific, is it the thread "Setup JRiver Media Center 21 In Debian Jessie" to refer to?
