Title: Problem with license activation

Hi everybody! ;D
I've got a problem with my JRiver license activation. I have the registration key. I have the letter from the producer with activation file. I opened it by double-clicling. The message said that the was sucessully installed. But when I open the programme it continues telling me that the trial period has expired and nothing happens. What did i do wrong? The screenshot is attached.

You probably need to install the version that matches your license.  Here's how it works:

Thank you. We tried just now and it worked. The problem was that the license worked only with 21.0.23 and did not work with 21.0.50 :)

Doubtful.  You probably have another, older version installed and it was that version that was doing the activation.

The last version to have been run becomes the default version.
