Title: Madvr sharpness control for 1080p
Post by: murray on March 13, 2016, 05:18:48 pm
Im told JRiver has not allowed the sharpness control for 1080p which is in madvr as of yet.
I believe there is a way to implement it, can someone help please?

I assume you are referring to a new feature in MadVR that is not in the current the JRiver-madvr build. You can download the latest madVR (v 0.90.15 from http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=146228) and install it into the "... Appdata\J River\Media Center 21\ Plugins\madvr" folder. That will replace the current madvr with the latest.

However, I doubt you really need to do that. The current (JRiver version) of madVR is very good. Unless you have a very high-end video card your not going to be able to use madvr to its fullest anyways.

Also, if you overwrite the JRiver madVR version, you're on your own for help. JRiver has not upgraded to the latest madVR version because it has not been fully tested with JRiver yet.

Good luck
