Title: Failed Flac to MP3 Conversion

I have a brand new iMac running latest OS X. Brand new installation of MC21. I have selected a CD's worth of FLAC to convert. It says Conversion Failed for each track.

On the convert format dialog, click the ... next to MP3 encoder.  What mode is it using?  Try CBR at a common rate like 160 or 192 or something.

On that same dialog, click on Options and make sure the settings there make sense.  Especially the settings that control whether the source files get replaced or not.  You probably do not want to replace the source files.  You probably also don't want to import the new files.

Finally, make sure the directory you are sending the new files to exists.
