Title: Use phone as a Zone?

I want to use my old phone as a Zone....Gizmo is installed on it and it plays fine but on MC21 it doesn't show as a Zone.  I also use gizmo on my tablet and that does show up as a Zone.

How do I fix this?

Phone Remotes like Gizmo or JRemote cannot be used as zones to play to, sorry.
Maybe you can make it work by installing something like BubbleUpnp and using it as a DLNA zone.

But I have gizmo installed on my Xoom tablet and it shows up as a Zone in MC21.

This is not something Gizmo does on any device, you must be having something else on there if it truely shows up.

I have no idea what else it could be since all I did was install Gizmo on it and it worked.

So can you tell me why my Tablet is listed as a Zone and my phone is not when they are both using Gizmo?

Like I said, Gizmo has no such functionality, you must have some other app on there that provides DLNA functionality, or something like that.
I can't tell you what things you installed on your tablet. :)

None that I know of.  ok then which "DLNA" app do I need to install on this phone so it show up as a Zone?
