Title: JRemote Bug Ignore Articles in sort / Scroll Bar

Hello,

I have some issue with ignoring the german articles 'der, die, das'.
Sorting in the artist view is correct, for example

Art of Anarchy
Die Ärzte
Audioslave

If I press or scroll to the D on the scroll bar on the right side,
the sorting starts with 'Die Ärzte' instead with the first artist starting with D.

Would be great if the issue could be fixed with the next JRemote Update.
