Title: Unable to purchase MJ

I got a copy of MJ from a friend, and now my trial period is over. I clicked the UPGRADE NOW button, filled in all the details, but when I tried to go further, I got a dialogue box named: "Buy Button", stating: "Error retrieving price information from server". Then a new dialogue box: "MEDIA JUKEBOX", says: "Failed to purchase Media Jukebox".

So I wonder what to do. As I said, I have filled in all required details.

what version are you running?

make sure it is the current version

if you have never purchased MJ before you can go here

you can buy MJ8 Or MC9 just change the combo box for what ever you want. MC9 is newer MJ9 should be out next month (I think).

That sounds like Media Jukebox 7.2, no longer sold. Try MJ 8 from the first thread in this forum.
