Playback keeps pausing. I have turned off any cloud drives, and virus protection. I have tried the troubleshooting guide and copied the movie to the local drive but the pauses keep occurring. Per the Troubleshooting guide, posting Benchmark results.

Please try build 66 from the top of this board.
What type of files are you playing?
Where are they stored?
What are you playing to?
If it is an antivirus problem, disabling it may not be enough. Uninstall as a test.

Hello JimH,
Answers to your questions:
What type of files are you playing?
Music files play fine. For the movies, I am playing MP4 files. The few I have tried are under 7GB in size.
Where are they stored?
I have them stored on a WD 2TB drive.
What are you playing to?
I have tried playing to a Samsung Galaxy Tablet, A Samsung Galaxy Note Phone and an IPad 2. The pausing continues.
Sorry, I do not see how to get to build #66. Thanks,
-
Is the WD 2TB drive a local drive or a network drive or a USB drive?
If it is a USB drive, is it plugged into a USB 3.0 port?
Build 66 is in a thread near the top of this board.

The WD TB drive is a networked drive.
I found the new build and updated but unfortunately, the video still pauses. I am attempting to play DVD's I have ripped. Any suggestions on settings? I know I am grasping at straws but other than the pausing, the program is flawless.
Do you know if there are any known issues with Verizon Fios Routers, maybe there is a setting I need to adjust?

I don't know. Sorry.
Try moving a file to the drive on your computer and see what happens.
It's possible that it's a network bandwidth problem.
