Title: Sonos Connect boxes have disappeared from MC20
Post by: jrobbins on April 01, 2016, 10:18:15 am
Hello. I have 5 Sonos Connect boxes at home. They were all in MC20 on my server until 48 hours ago (in fact, was even controlling via my Amazon Echo), when they disappeared. I can ping each box via CMD on the server. The Sonos boxes see my music library which is linked in through the Sonos app. I've rebooted MC20 and all five Sonos boxes. I've rebooted the PC as well. No luck at getting the Sonos boxes back.

I'm running Windows 2012R server with Audiophile Optimizer which I assume makes no difference as the Sonos boxes all appeared in MC20 previously.

Suggestions, crew?  Thanks. JCR

I have the same problem with my Sonos Connect on MC20.  Appears and disappears at random, no rhyme or reason to it that I can see.

I don't have Sonos, but maybe this thread is of some help?
