So with the latest current version of JRiver Media Center, can I use it as audio driver for games like Diablo 3?
I read somewhere that they're adding WDM or something for games?
-
So I got JRiver to work with game, but the Audio has too much Delay? Like everytime I cast soemthing in game, there's a 1 second delay in Audio.
Is this an issue with JRiver atm?

Try setting a smaller buffer in MC.

Game lag is pretty common even without adding another layer like WDM. I get occasional lag on my PS4 and Xbox one sometimes if I use headphones (wireless out to the controller) much less the PC
Like JimH says try a smaller buffer.
Try without any DSP or processing like surround as a test
Make sure all your drivers are up to date (manufacturer not windows update).
Some monitors/TV's have a game mode which adjusts the audio/video lag
If you're using a sound card, switch to onboard sound as a test
ASIO generally has the best tolerance for latency, so,if you are using WASAPI or Directsound try that
Some games have audio / video lag adjustments
There are some tips here that may help
