Title: Upgrade Key never emailed [Solved]
Post by: ScottWar on April 17, 2016, 03:22:36 pm
I have tried about 10 times to request the upgrade key when I upgraded from MC18 to MC21, but never received any emails from JRiver. Anyone know another way to get this key?

Check your spam folder.

I did. It is not there. I received a confirmation email when I joined this forum and emails from JRiver in the past about upgrades, but no key. Very frustrating  >:(

Also I know the upgrade went thru as I did receive a key through the website and the charge came up on my credit card, but I had to shut my computer down suddenly and was not able to write the upgrade key code down.

I continue to submit my email and get this;

"Your Registration Codes have been mailed. It may take a few minutes for delivery. After you receive them, please return to the restore page to complete your license restoration."

But no email is ever sent.

Check with your email provider to get their advice.  They may have a FAQ for problems.

I just remailed it to your verizon address.

If you have another email address (not at Verizon), I could change your registration.  I'm jimh at jriver.

Jim,

I really appreciate your help. Could you send it to matrixdude at Verizon dot net and dawa5309 at yahoo dot com.

Regards,
Scott

Jim,

I got them. Verizon has changed service over to Frontier here in Texas and my email setting were wrong.

Thank you for your help ;D

Scott
