Title: Problem Running

I have problem with running JRiver, because the it stops all the time and even I cannot start it again, the following error message comes:
MC21 IS RUNNING BUT THERE MAY BE A PROBLEM.
The message suggests the MC21 and Media Server may both be in Startup.
That is not happening on my PC. The message also suggests that THE PROGRAM MAY BE RUNNING UNDER A DIFFERENT USER ACCOUNT. I can not find another user account on my PC.
The third message notice reads THE PROGRAM IS NOT RESPONDING FOR UNKNOWN REASONS.

This problem happened with MC20 and MC21 as well, and it happened under win 8.1 and win10 as well.
I would like to get solution.

Antivirus software can cause such problems.
