Title: TV and Netflix
Post by: uthall on April 22, 2016, 07:59:49 am
Hi,

I'm currently an XBMC user, but I cant run NETFLIX from within the app.

I was wondering if I can run NETFLIX within JRiver, and also use a DVBLINK server client?

Thanks

No.
There are several posts about this on the main forum if you want more info/reason.

I think you can start the Netflix app from within JRiver, but it requires the use of a keyboard and mouse to navigate.  There are some applications out there that will make the Windows 8.1/10 version of Netflix remote aware, but I haven't tried them.

I could be wrong on the above, and if so, I apologize, but I believe I am correct on this.

Using the Netflix UI externally like in a browser, you can pipe all the audio through JRiver via the WDM driver though. This is a big improvement in sound, if you weren't aware of it.

search thhe forum for more info if this interests :)
