Hello Guys,
I have a problem that I cant solve which is I already pruchased MC21 also get the register code, but after I typing the code it showed register successful,it still showed I havent register. I dont know what happened. plz someone help me to solve it. thank you.

Please copy and paste the registration code instead of typing it in. It's too easy to mistake zero ('0') for capital letter 'O' and number '1' for capital letter 'I', etc.
If that doesn't work, could you please post which version of Media Center you're using (example: "Media Center 21 for Windows build 21.0.75") and the first five characters of the registration code (example: "NC613")?
Thanks.

Instructions are here:

Make sure you have installed the version that matches your license. Mac and PC are different licenses.
-
Also, on Windows try running Media Center 21 in with administrator privilege. Right-click on Media Center 21 and select "Run as administrator".

That is an MC21 Windows license. It won't work with a Mac version.
Did you try copy and paste?
-
What country are you in?

Hello, JimH
Yes, I using it on the surface pro 4. I tried copy and paste. It still show register successful, but still show it's trail version.
I am in Taiwan.

Make sure that you have the latest build of MC installed and that it runs. 21.0.80 will work.
Take a look at similar problems in the "Weird Problems" thread in my signature. Antivirus software sometimes causes problems.

I tried everything that I can do, but it wont work. Is that possible the register code was not active?

Hello JimH,
It still cannot let me register. Even use the methods that you post to me.
-
JimH,
I just upgrade to 21.0.89. It showed that code have been restored too many times. Is there have anything that you can help me?
-
We will check. I'm sorry for the problem. We're seeing several similar problems. We think they are all from Asia. They might be related to encoding. This is new in the last month or so.
What OS are you using?
Try changing your machine name.
-
I've just sent you a new license to try.
-
If the new license doesn't work, I can send you a diagnostic program we wrote to examine the Media Center license in the registry to see if it can detect what the problem is. This appears to be a new problem with several of our customers and we're trying to get to the bottom of it. Thanks.

I just sent you an email with the diagnostic program attached and instructions for running it. Please run it and email the results back to me. Hopefully it will help us fix the issue.
Thanks,

Hello John,

thank you so much

Check your spam folder. It would have been sent to the e-mail address for the forum or for your license.

I checked but I did not get it in my email folder

Maybe your email program rejected the zip file? I sent you an email with a link to the program on our download site. Please respond to the email if you got it. I'll also post the link here:

Looks like failure to access the registry. Try running Media Center with admin privilege. You should be able to right-click on it and select "Run as administrator". Then try restoring the license.
