Title: FFDShow raw video filter does not work

Hi,

FFDShow raw filter does not seem to work, tried many builds.
The issue is that it is just skipped during playback, and when added to the filter list, its Properties window does not open, indicating something is wrong.
It's Windows 10, patched, confirmed on a clean virtual machine too.
