Title: Event Ghost Plugin that executes JRiver Learned IR blasts, or exports them

I have been trying to trigger IR blasts from system events on my PC for a while, and I'm having no luck.  I would like to see an event ghost plugin that can trigger IR codes learned from within JRiver based on system events, or a program that can pull the learned codes from jriver, and export them to an external program like event ghost.
