Ok to make it easier I want only a black screen when Im playing my music, that's all I want to see.
No CD cover, no time, no name of song etc etc...
I want to remove all that stuff and want to know is there a way to do so?

Maybe you could activate your system's screen saver or something? This link seems to indicate that you can assign screen saver to a hot key.

I have not tried this, but it's from a reputable forum.
As far as I know, MC doesn't have a mode to show a blank screen.
Good luck.
Brian.

Brian's right: enable your screensaver. You can set it to "blank" after 1 minute instead of a hotkey. Make sure to disable the setting in JRiver that keeps the display active during playback (which I think is enabled by default) or your screensaver will not work.
I do this with my tablet at work and it works perfectly (screen blacks out after a minute during playback).

Brian thanks for your help as usual ;)
Are you meaning to manually turn off the screen with a shortcut key using the screensaver?

I'm thinking that you would set your screensaver to "blank". Then you'd use a shortcut key any time you wanted to blank the screen. So, you'd start playing something in MC, and just before you sit back to listen without anything on the screen, press the hot key. Screen goes blank, and you sit back and just listen and relax.
