Works for me in 9.0.180

A couple of odd things...the track number is shown as 7106. Is that on purpose? Also, it is encoded at 128kbps, 44100, mono. Maybe there's a bug in the current MC version that doesn't like mono files? Didn't seem to find anything unusual
when running it thru VBRfix.

I think it's been pretty well established that the problem lies solely with King's PC.

Maybe the MP3 Decoder is horked?

Why would I want to do that? :P

How about opening the file up in Media Editor, turning it into a Stereo file, and then playing it back?

Actually, it would be interesting to see if you could decode it at all. Like using File Converter to convert it to APE or something.

Does Audio Analysis work on those files?

I just went to the DSP

And Turned Off Output Format

That Was Set To

Bitdepth: Source Bitdepth
Channels:  5.1 channels -- JRss 2.0 (tm)
Sample Rate: source Sample rate

and if i uncheck this the file plays without crashing MC9

Bug?

Well it's nothing to do with your computer...

If I enable the same things I crash it as well....
