Title: Editing button, green / grey circle, non responsive if not on LAN
Post by: stevemac on May 20, 2016, 11:04:52 pm
OneRemote 1.18
Motorola Moto E (2nd Gen), Android 6.0

Hi,

Noticed a few things since installing 1.18

Having difficulty editing existing buttons using the edit icon on the button image.  Often trigger a button push.  The long hold to enter edit mode no longer works.

Regarding the Green / Grey circle in the top right part of the image.  I associate green with 'On', grey with 'Off'.  These were reversed for me.  I edited the button links so that Link 1 was the 'On' command and Link 2 the 'Off' command to get them aligned

I also manage to lock up the OneRemote app by pressing buttons when not connected to the LAN.  Get the android warning "OneRemote isn't responding.  Do you want to close it?" & have to close it to continue.

cheers,

Steve

We hope that, in a week or two, OneRemote will be able to query Engen about the state of the devices.
