Title: My version of MC 21 does not work on new Windows 10 upgrade

Do I have to uninstall and reinstall MC 21 for it to work with windows 10?
If so, how do I do that without losing all my playlists, genres, etc?
Is there any reason to upgrade to MC 22?
If so, how can I do that without losing all my playlists, etc?

Just reinstall.  Nothing will be lost.

But do a manual backup anyway, just to be safe (File>Library>Backup Library).
