Title: Display Plugin and Visualization Toggle

I have my MC setup to display all visuals too a second monitor (my TV).

Problem:
The toggle for visualization and the menu for Display Plugin is currently only available in the toolbar below the visualization display (on TV monitor only).  This doesn't work if your second monitor is your TV in the living room.

Can we have a icon and ability to add this function to the top/bottom toolbar please.  ;D

It's in the menu when you're playing:

Player > Display Options

An icon option would be nice
