I already have MC21, why should I pay now for MC22 license? It's never ending.

You shouldn't upgrade - stay with MC21 if you like it and don't need anything else.
If MC22 later adds a new feature or improves on something later on that you care about, you can upgrade then (at full upgrade price).

Some people upgrade every year just to support the JRiver team. Others will upgrade now/early (at the reduced price), just with the assumption they will like what MC22 has to offer.

Thank you, it's not that I don't want to support JRiver team, but this would be my third update in two years and I'm perfectly satisfied with JRiver 21.
