Title: Re: Methods for concurrent TV and music...
Post by: Rands on August 10, 2003, 08:56:55 am
You pretty much described the way I do TV and music at the same time.  Normally I only do this during baseball (MARINERS++) games when I feel like watching the game but listening to music.

There has been talk about having a volume control which is separate from Windows itself (aka. Winamp) and volume controls that are per zone.

I just had a thought:  DSP studio settings are separate per zone so you might be able to enable the equalizer in your TV zone and drop the pre-amp to minimum (which effectively lowers the volume).  I haven't tried this yet but it might work.

Good luck!
