Title: XP won't screensave after starting MC9
Post by: Markeau on August 06, 2003, 05:50:24 pm
I just noticed that XPpro won't screensave (native blank screen) after 9.1.226 has been started and exited.  Right at the timeout time the screen will blank for a millisecond then redisplay.  This just started after installing 9.1.226, I never had a problem with 9.0.

Anybody else see this?

Are you running other plug-ins with MC?

There are no additional plugins installed.  And I misspoke, it's not the xppro native screen blanker, but rather the native "Turn off monitor" under Power Schemes that is conflicted.  Right when the monitor should turn off it does so for a fraction of a second then comes right back on (and the cycle repeats until reboot).  It definitely only happens after MC9 has been started (and even after exiting it).
