Title: Panel for MC22 -- Web setup and control

We're planning to consolidate web access to MC, Id, and Engen in a new interface called Panel.

If you have MC installed on the machine you're using, you can see the current web access by using this link:

http://localhost:52199

(You could also access the same page from your phone or another computer by substituting the IP address for "localhost".  This page is also discoverable by using SSDP so it can be found on a network even if you don't know the IP address of the machine.)

We're going to replace this with a more modern and resizable page that is organized like this:

Panel
    Media Center
    Id

        WebRemote
        WebPlay

Our goal is to provide a more consistent and better looking interface that can be used from a phone, tablet, or computer.  It's part of our effort to work out a general method for remote setup and control of devices.

I'm very excited to see this. But I could not get this to work.
What version of JRiver do you need installed?

Parts will start to appear in MC22 in a few weeks.
