Title: Digital image files in WideScreen mode
Post by: jmcomp124 on August 07, 2003, 10:40:59 pm
The Digital image organizing and tagging feature is really cool. I tried it on my Sony HS10 projector on a 16:9 screen. SInce images are in 4:3 displaying on a 16:9 screen causes vertical columns on either side of the screen. Since black levels on the HS10 are not that great, the image is not the best looking. Is it possible to display 4:3 digital images as 16:9 ? If 4:3 images can be stretched to 16:9 or Clipped, it would give a beautiful 16:9 pic.  How do you guys display your 4:3 digital pictures.
Thanks,
-Jai

If you right click in the display window there are aspect ratio options which allow you to change the ... eh aspect ratio ;D There is an option in there to convert to 16:9.
