Title: Id for Dummies?

I have an Id 201. I am stuck trying to copy files from an external USB HDD to the Id HDD. I was able to transfer some files but thumbnails did not come through. I have no idea why all files did not copy. I'm pretty good with computers and software, but I find the forum postings inscrutable. I have not found anything that provides a simple explanation how to copy files. I am new to computer audio, so many of the terms and system configuration descriptions are still a mystery.

Any help or pointing to better documentation would be much appreciated.

Thumbnails need to be rebuilt again after moving the library. 

When you don't understand a term, try a Google search or just ask here.
