There's a local DVB-T channel that uses two audio tracks (MPEG and Dolby Digital, both stereo) - I cannot find a quick way to switch them in MC. Channel properties attached, only difference of the "AC3 version" is the audio PID (690).
If I manually change the APID and Audio Format to Dolby AC3 it seems to play the AC3 track although I'm not sure (Audio Path/Input only reports: 48 kHZ 32bit2 ch).

Audio stream selection has been available for ATSC for many years, but I have to check my code to see if it is also available for DVB. You can try right-clicking in the video window while playing a channel (and find menu item "Audio programs".
-
Can't find "Audio Programs" or something else that might change the audio track.
-
I should add this to MC22.
In the mean time, if you frequently switch between two audio programs, you can create two separate "channels" as a work around.
-
This feature was added in MC22.0.9.
-
Many thanks Yaobing, noticed it in the changelog few days ago. I'll test it as soon as I install MC22 (will wait for a few more builds, or when it gets the 'recommended' status).
-
It turns out, what was added in MC22.0.9 was not enough. It would cause a crash if you right-click in the video window. The crash is now fixed for an upcoming new build.

I can find the "Audio Programs" item in the full screen right click menu (MC 22.0.18). Could it be possible to add an entry also in the OSD menu (down arrow during full screen playback)?
Thanks

Just a little bit of Bump ;D

I think it is a good idea. I will get to it when I finish my current tasks.

Great! Thank You, Yaobing :)
