Title: DVD Decoder

so i reformatted my computer, and i am missing my DVD Decoder.
::) ok. i thought MJ came with one. I bought 8,. just got the trial of 9,. and am planning on buying it. will i get the decoder when i BUY MC 9.0?
or do i need to download some other.
got any good leads?
