Jim,
I keep getting e-mail messages from you about my program being cancelled,or or,being expired
Why???
I purchased the program on June 2
I sent a message in the Forums,about 5 days ago, but got assistance, or a reply
Can you please straighten, this matter out,
If there are problems with the website,or you are having billing issues ,please let me know,or call,
I have been a customer of JRiver,for many years,,maybe you can check your records

mikek200 it is not wise to post your registration code....

Posting your phone number is also a good thing to avoid.
At the very least, it should prompt a quick reply.
Hopefully the JRiver folks should be able to implement damage control pretty quickly.
I'd suggest that mikek200 would be well advised to edit his/her post and delete the critical detail.
