1. Fixed: linux arm, the packaging of libraries from 22.0.23 was missing causing 22.0.23 to not work.
22.0.23 (9/9/2016)
1. Fixed: Linux arm: The internet reader could not do ssl on non-debian wheezy platforms because of changes in gnutls (this prevented licensing from within MC). Using our own libraries instead.
See the main linux changelog for linux specific changes and the windows log for general changes.

Installation of mjr file does not work on this version but does work on 22.9.08. I double click the mjr file and I get a restore successful popup but it does not actually unlock.
. I successfully restored license to a previous version but then the upgrade broke the registration with this new version.

Are you using a MC 22 license?
Check your ~/.jriver directory ownership and permissions.
-
yes. a 22 MASTER license
-
Owner and Group Access is read & Write with correct owner. still does not work.
-
I downgraded to 22.0.8 and the mjr file installed correctly.
-
After the reboot media center returns to unregistered version.

With 22.0.8 it returns to unregistered?
Perhaps the Settings file is corrupted. I would try moving the Machine Settings file out of the way and re-running MC and redoing the registration.
In a terminal window as the user MC runs under and with MC NOT RUNNING you could do this:
mv ~/.jriver/Media\ Center\ 22/Settings/Machine\ Settings.ini ~/.jriver/Media\ Center\ 22/Settings/Machine\ Settings.sav
Then run MC and put in the registration code. Use the command line method of doing the registration instead if you are not on a debian wheezy system.

Bob, this build is crashing on launch on all my Pis. It pops up a small black modal dialog labelled "information" with no additional text, and then crashes. Running in terminal yields no message to stdout, not even a segfault.

There shouldn't have been a big difference from the previous build but if you were a ways back it's possible it can't find a skin? It's looking in the local directory first now.

I'm not sure what my prior build was. I think I updated from .8 or .18 I think? I upgraded from build .19, which is working fine. In any case I was using the default skin (Noire).
There's 3 or 4 other people seeing the same issue over in another thread, so it may be a more widespread issue: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,107074.0.html

Got it. New build in an hour or so..
-
The packing is fixed in 22.0.26 so you should be back up and running.
Also this incorporated a fix to the internet reader which appears to have ended those occasional segfaults.

Confirmed this build fixes the no start issue; I'll keep my eyes peeled for segfaults.
