Title: sampling info wanted
Post by: shAf on August 02, 2003, 07:20:25 am
I cannot seem to find any way for MC9 to include the "sampling rate" as one column catagories or file properties.  Did I miss something?

I don't think it is available as a column.
You can include it in the display at the top of MC when the file is playing though (right click and choose 'customize display')

I was referring to the sampling rate, sometimes referred to as "frequency" ... usually 44.1kHz, but can be commonly 48kHz (i.e., sampling the audio frequency at 2x human hearing) ... and regretfully much smaller.

Yes, Sample Rate & Channel Info are (2) things that are missing from MC that are present in MJ. MJ gives more of the nitty gritty details...these need to be brought back into MC.
