Title: Blu-Ray crashes Win 10
Post by: todd129 on August 24, 2016, 01:04:16 am
Hi, I'm finding MC22 crashing hard under Win 10 during playback of Blu-Rays via the drive, or via rips of the same disc. I've had MC for years and have not seen this before. Audio (eg, DSD, FLACs) is fine. Any suggestions? System: 64-bit Win 10 Pro, i7@2.8GHz, Gigabit motherboard, NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT video board. The latest Red Fox is used for Blu-Ray. Many thanks for any insights.

Try getting a Log from MC (Help>Logging). There may be clues in the log as to what is going wrong.

Please read the Blu-ray topic on our wiki.  You need a reader installed.

Some discs can't be read.  You could try a few more to see what happens.

Is it a crash (MC disappears)?  Or a freeze (MC is still in view but can't be used)?
