Just dropping in to report that MC22 crashes when attempting to unhide itself after launching Steam in Big Picture Mode. I don't know if this is specific to Steam, or if it's a general issue with using Theatre View to launch external programs and hide itself while those programs are running (and unhiding itself after they close).
Not much else to say, really. :P

Any thoughts? Is it being addressed? Is it just me?

Why are you using Steam from Theater View? Isn't Steam for games?
Brian.

I set Steam up to launch in Big Picture Mode so that I can select and play games on my large TV and subsequently play with a gamepad (very much like a gaming console). I set MC to hide while it runs so as not to interfere with Steam and vice-versa.

Any other thoughts? Is this a Steam-specific issue?

If you're launching from Theater View, MC is using 3D drawing, and Steam is probably also using 3D drawing, and maybe the combination of the two triggers a video driver bug. I'm just guessing.

Maybe try to launch a batch file that closes MC first, then starts Steam and when Steam closes starts MC again. That should get around any potential conflict between the two running at the same time.

Hmm...not a bad idea.
Related question: is MC supposed to remain on the taskbar while it is hidden?
