Title: Audio devices being changed when default changes in windows

In the audio-settings for a zone, you can choose to use the default audio device, or a given audio device in MC, however it seems to handle changes in the default device in windows, or removal of devices quite poorly, it then changes over to the default device, the same seems to happen if you use remote desktop and forget to change the sound settings to "play on remote computer".  It would be nice if the program instead chose to keep the chosen sound source in as many situations as possible.

Unless you chose the default device to begin with, it shouldn't change when it's changed in Windows.
